Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. To accommodate these changes, we have established the following refund policy for our gathering events:

Full Refund
A full refund will be issued for cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the event date.

Partial Refund (50%)
A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made 7-13 days prior to the event date.

No Refund
Cancellations made 6 days or less before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Transfer of Ticket
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person up to 24 hours before the event. Please email us at: with the name and contact details of the person to whom the ticket is being transferred.

Event Cancellation or Postponement
In the unlikely event that we cancel or postpone an event, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee. If the event is postponed, you may also choose to transfer your registration to the new event date.

No-Show Policy
No refunds or credits will be given for no-shows.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
